Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and staff scheduling tools operated by Popcorn Chez, LLC ("Popcorn Chez," "we," "us"), including popcornchez.com and employees.camdenco.com, and your participation in our text message (SMS) program.
Who these terms apply to
Our scheduling tools are provided for the use of Popcorn Chez staff and applicants. Access requires identity verification. You agree to use them only for your own scheduling and employment purposes, and not to attempt to access another person's information.
Text message program
Popcorn Chez sends SMS text messages to team members who have opted in, relating to their work — including notifications that a shift is available to confirm, reminders to confirm assignments or update availability, and notices when an assignment changes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent. You opt in by checking a box on our staff scheduling pages at employees.camdenco.com, after verifying your identity. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of employment.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Popcorn Chez is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. You can also turn texts off at any time on the same page where you opted in. Opting out of text messages does not affect your employment or your scheduling.
Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. If your mobile number changes, text messages will be paused until you confirm the new number, and you should notify staffing so your records can be corrected.
Acceptable use
- Do not share your Punch ID or use another person's credentials.
- Do not attempt to access, copy, or interfere with any part of our systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use our scheduling tools to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading content.
Availability
We aim to keep our scheduling tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduling information shown on our tools may change, and assignments are not final until confirmed by Popcorn Chez.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our scheduling tools after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
