Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Popcorn Chez, LLC ("Popcorn Chez," "we," "us") respects the privacy of our staff and the people we work with. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle our text message (SMS) program.

Information we collect

We collect contact and employment information provided to us directly, including name, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address, and work eligibility documentation required by law. We collect this information for the purpose of scheduling, staffing, and managing event work, and for payroll and compliance.

We do not collect this information for advertising or resale.

How we use your information

Text messaging (SMS)

Popcorn Chez sends SMS text messages to team members who have opted in, relating to their work — including notifications that a shift is available to confirm, reminders to confirm assignments or update availability, and notices when an assignment changes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking a box on our staff scheduling pages at employees.camdenco.com, after verifying your identity with your name and employee Punch ID. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity.

Standard rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. You can also turn texts off at any time on the same page where you opted in.

How we share your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we use to operate our business — for example our messaging provider, payroll provider, and scheduling systems — and only to the extent needed to deliver those services to you. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How we protect your information

Access to staff records is restricted to authorized managers and administrators. Our scheduling systems require identity verification before any personal information is shown, and consent records are stored with a timestamp and an audit history.

Retention

We keep employment and scheduling records for as long as required for payroll, tax, and legal compliance purposes, and delete or archive them after that period.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by turning texts off on the staff scheduling page. You may request a correction to your contact information, or ask what information we hold about you, by contacting us below.

Children

Some of our staff are under 18 and are employed in compliance with applicable child labor laws. We collect only the information needed to employ and schedule them. If a mobile number provided to us belongs to a parent or guardian, we ask that the parent or guardian be aware of and agree to receiving scheduling messages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
